UNINSTALL POLICY
----------------
Uninstalling PM Attachments removes the mod's hooks, settings, source files,
template/CSS/language files, and installed template modifications.

For safety, uninstall does NOT automatically delete historical PM attachment
database rows, the id_pm ownership data, or physical attachment/thumbnail
files. Destructive attachment cleanup must be an explicit administrator action.
